      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which services did you transfer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The 'One Touch Switch' service can only move telephone and broadband.&amp;nbsp; If you had TV with Virgin then you still have TV with Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If it was Broadband and Talk only that you moved then you will have to explain this to Virgin so they can both cancel your account and pay back any overpayment but as posted above Sky can not cancel your TV servcie with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
