I want to change my e-mail linked to my account

My sky account is linked to my work NHS account.

I have retired and am not able to access my work e-mail. I can access my sky account and tried to change to my new e-mail. However, I am not able to authenticate the change as it is sent to my work e-mail. Do I need to cancel my sky subscription?

If you are trying to change your email address that is on your Sky account then the verification email should be sent to this email address that you are trying to change it to so is this not the case ?

You would think so but it is sending to the original address I can't know access.
