&lt;P&gt;Have you spoken to your bank and asked them why this is happening (presumably there are sufficient funds available for the payment)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need to find out from your bank why payments are being reversed. The most likely reason is insufficient funds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
