      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was offered a £15 Tesco voucher as compensation for an issue I had. I received the link and clicked claim but now it just says Awaiting Dispatch, has anyone else had this? It's an e voucher so just assumed it would be sent automatically once I claimed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried calling but got nowhere!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so any help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Nothing ever arrived, so rang back and another customer service chap called Charles, said the voucher could take up to 5 days to arrive. Well it's now been 5 days, and still no voucher but Sky want to close my complaint. Charles said he would ring me back a week after we spoke, to check on my voucher so looking forward to telling him nothing has arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
