Ad free query

I pay 6 pound a month for add free but can't access certain programmes because apparently i don't pay for it when I clearly do can't find no blooming help on the sky pages so here to ask if anyone else can

@Missatkins16 there's no ad free subscription but there is ad skipping

but the above has no bearing on you watching programs provided you have the right tv package subscription

so what are you trying to watch and how live or on demand

Typically that's an issue with the HD supplement on Sky Q, not Ad Skipping on Glass/Stream
