      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please could you again respond to my request. I have tried and tried and tried to get sky to send me the final bill with the early termination amount clearly stated on the bill so I can get EE to pay the outstanding amount&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
