      <title>Wrong amount billed for sky stream</title>

      <description>About 4 weeks ago I returned to sky bb after leaving in April this year to go to EE. Then in June I called sky about an hefty increase in my stream charges and was told if I returned to sky bb they would give me a good deal + £100 of my final bill with EE. I was eventually told that the £100 had been credited to my account. Now when I look at my present and next bills for bb and stream I am going to be £100 worse off. I have spoken to sky about this and the said I would not have to pay this but more than a week later the bill online is still the same.</description>
