      <description>&lt;P&gt;Automatically, it should take around 6 weeks. Or if you call and ask for a manual refund, within 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Usially we could escalate your post to Sky but this is currently unavailable so you&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” should be the number to use:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
