    <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to get through to someone about half 7 last night and they're crediting my account back, the calling up and not saying anything when given the options helps to get through to someone so thanks for that ☺️&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
