I have had 3 payments taken out of my bank account this month from sky? This has gone in to my rent money causing me so much stress. Also my new sky tv I can't add films on to my bill?

If bills are due to be paid then the money will be taken regardless of what your personal circumstances are.

They have took my bill twice yesterday and instead of just the one
