It’s apparent that significant discounts are harder to come by these days so if you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer is unlikely to be available when you call back. Also remember you’re not a new customer so expecting anything close to a new customer deal is unrealistic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 24 months if you agree to a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;
