      <title>Credit Refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cancelled Sky broadband &amp;amp; talk over 9 weeks ago. Credit sitting in my account. Direct debit still open with bank. No sign of a refund. Virtual assisstant useless. I see that identical issue is cropping up regularly with other users so would be grateful if this could be escalated. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
