      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm going round and round in circles with Sky trying to get the credit refunded on my account - I can't seem to be able to speak to anyone about it and the chat bot is useless. I've done what I was originally told, waited and not cancelled the payment method etc but still nothing. What can I do next?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you don't want to wait you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
