      <title>Sky ID / Login Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to Sky and all successfully set up with Sky Stream a week or so ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky account is also set up and linked, but i'm having issues where I cant access some of the account sections?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whether on desktop or the Sky app, when I login the first page that comes up is "Lets find your account - enter postcode" and even if I do that, it can't find anything and says error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, I can then just click on the left-hand menu and go to my details/products/orders etc, and everything is there just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the problem arises again when i try to go to My account &amp;amp; billing, it says Page Restricted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can't get past the login page on the app so i've deleted the app as it's useless to me, everything says "Page Restricted ⚠"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone at Sky help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
