What's the best contact method?

My Broadband and Sky Stream contracts end soon. The broadband has shot up in price so I'm off somewhere else but I want to renew the Sky Stream.

What's the best way of doing this? I've tried WhattsApp and online chat but they were no help.

Tried one phone number and after waiting ages was told they only deal with broadband and not tv.

Are they delibereatly wanting cistomers to leave?
