    <description>&lt;P&gt;You forgot to close an account I had for Sky TV in April - and continued to bill me for TV is wasn't getting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last month, you agreed that it was YOUR fault and you owed me £81.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You said 'no refund' but - you'd take it off my monthly bills.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then...you promptly billed me for £27.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wonder if someone could check to make sure you WILL NOT bill me this month please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And can you ensure I WILL NOT be billed for the £38 you are now chasing me for the the Sky puck thingy I don't have - that you want back..?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers guys.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you are only talking to other customers on here as you did before you will need to contact them to ask them to refund this for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We're fellow customers here so cannot access your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you cancelled TV did you receive an email confirming the cancellation &amp;amp; receive packaging to return the equipment? If no then the cancellation wasn't put through. If you did &amp;amp; you're still getting billed then you need to contact Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
