      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid for my wifi in full on 7th July. There is saying there is an amount due on my account but I've already paid it and I don't pay it until 7th of august.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;how can I talk with an real person to discuss why they charged me more and can they extend it to the 7th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you made a manual payment, it's likely to be showing on your Sky account as a credit against your&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;next&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;bill leaving your July bill unpaid which is why your services are restricted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The is just showing what you are being charged, we need to see what the bill total is, as it might show as a credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
