    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, it takes up to 30 days from the point the issue is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any compensation is at a fixed rate. It takes no account of your lost work days (Sky disallow use of your broadband for work purposes).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi was just wondering how the auto compensation works? Sky was suppose to fit full fibre on the 2nd June 2 visitors later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky have cancelled the order and said full fibre isn't available in my area!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have lost 2 work days, plus childcare days I've explained this to sky and said give them 30 days and I will receive some kind of compensation. Does it actually take 30 days?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would they pay my days ive had to have of work? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No they was unable to fit the fibre, I have internet with sky I've been with them 3 years but not fibre as it's not available it my are sky cancelled my order yesterday. After 3 months of me signing my fibre contract&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've had your non-fibre broadband without break, I'm not sure you would be entitled to any automatic compensation for Sky's inability to fit fibre.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
