Doesn't sound like a call from Sky, if that's all they said. What's it supposed to be for?

That is highly likely to not be a call from Sky so did you give them any account or financial details ?

Did they address you by name?

Did they ask for your telephone password… and did you give it?

With any unexpected calls from Sky if the caller asks for your telephone password to confirm you're the account holder (which I think a genuine Sky agent should) initially give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.
