      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp; we're predominantly a customer helps customer forum only not sky support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will need to speak to sky directly by calling for assistance but what we can say is that sky will try to accommodate you but the final decision is solely at Skys discretion on a case by case basis&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
