      <title>Credit agreement error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone please help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 weeks ago i agreed to a contract renewel that included Sky Glass TV, a credit agreement was sent via email and i could not sign it due to an error message. I called Sky back &amp;amp; explained this whom told me to wait 24 hours &amp;amp; then retry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called back and i was passed from team to team and they put a request in on their side to get rid of this error message. Sky could not correct this &amp;amp; the credit agreement &amp;amp; order were cancelled due to it passing the deadline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called back &amp;amp; was passed from team to team to be told to wait 72 hours &amp;amp; to call back and reorder the Sky Glass TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i waited 72 hours &amp;amp; reordered the Sky TV and have been sent the new credit agreement for it to display the same error message &amp;amp; i cannot sign the agreement. I am so fed up of calling sky and being on the phone for hours, im so close to cancelling my order.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
