      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had a email saying not enough money in account to pay bill&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to my sky account and it's saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not received payment for my streaming tv service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which I don't even have&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned sky they've checked my account , my internet bill as been paid and my mobile SIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me to fone customer service which I did to deal with problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Foned them and they can't help gave me another number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and it says dialled wrong number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Although you might not have a streaming TV service from Sky from the image you posted which looks like it is from your online Sky account&amp;nbsp; appears to match up with what the email says.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Sky has paid the bill and your bank account/app shows this as well then this could just be an error so it might be worth contacting them again this, especially as you can not view your bill due to this message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
