how do i change my log in details, as my old log in details will get me in but unable to access anything .

@Malc111 Is this your broadband router you are trying to log into or is this your Sky account you are trying to log into?

it is my Sky account i am trying to log into?

it automatically logs me in but when i try to access my details

It states it cannot access my account

i am also unable to find my account number as i did it by email in 2022, and it still removes payment from my barclaycard each month, but that does not have an account number , Just my address account number which only has 11 numbers.

If it is you will have to call Sky and ask for their ID team for4 help with this.
