      <title>Father moved to care home</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My father has moved into a care home and doesn't have the capacity to deal with cancelling his broadband/TV package. Can I 'take charge' of his account (I have Power of Attorney)? How do I go about cancelling his contract...I'm going to guess it can't be cancelled until the end of his contract despite these unforeseen circumstances.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
