      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4442819"&gt;@Sabordky&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Welcome to the forum, please be aware that you are talking to fellow customers here and not Sky customer support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When your partner moved provider which Sky services did they have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it was just broadband did they use the one touch system to move?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had TV did your partner call to cancel as that cannot be done by another provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your partner did call to cancel did they get email confirmation?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
