Hello I was put through to a engineer last week and he offered me a debt write off on the 4th of august but with my all my services now restricted I'm trying to contact them and the operators won't even put me through to them is there any way to contact them please help

@Brian833777 you'll struggle, if your services are restricted. You could try Sky's Facebook page or their X(Twitter) feed.

how was contact initially made and by whom and for what reason

I member of the sky services team put me through to reinstate my services but instead this guy told me about debt write off and I can have it on the 4 of august but i tried calling tiday and was told only to call back in the that date it's a long time to wait

@Brian833777 An engineer would not have given you a debt write off they would not be able to do that, so I presume you spoke to a Customer service agent?

You'll also need to wait until the 4th of August if that is what you've been advised.

Your services have to be restricted for 14 days for them to offer this. If they've given you a date. There is no need to contact before that. As they won't be able to help. You want the financial team. Worse case ask to be put through to Cardiff office. They can usually help more
