      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying for days not to make a payment for my bill both on the website, app and phone and the systems keeps failing the payment.&amp;nbsp; I know the card is fine as I have used it elsewhere and there is plenty of money available.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nobody seems to know what to do and all they keep saying is it must be either my fault or my banks.&amp;nbsp; Is anybody else having issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Why are you trying to make a manual payment? You should have either a direct debit or continuous card payment set up which would take to payment automatically (if sufficient funds are there).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Card expired and forgot to register the new one before the bill was due. So trying to make the payment manually as they won't take it using the new card details automatically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only trying to find out of others are having issues as Sky are not being helpful at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is happening when you try to change your payment details. You should need to make a manual payment though as this can lead to further issues.&lt;/P&gt;
