&lt;P&gt;Refunds are apparently taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from your last day of connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If however your payment method has been cancelled Sky will either have to reinstate your payment method or manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so that will take much longer. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm if the payment method is still active. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my sky tv and broadband at the same time but only the cancellation for the tv was actioned. I was charged £46 this month, I rang and spoke to someone at Sky who apologised and said I was owed £52.50 and this would be credited in 3-5 days, this was the start of last week and I still haven't receibed the payment. It does show as a credit on my account but I need the money now as it wasn't budgeted for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
