    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just over 2 weeks I wrote to you with a letter plus notification to say I had power of attorney as my husband is now in a nursing home and not able to make decisions.&amp;nbsp; It was asking for my Broadband to be cancelled. On checking my bank account I see you have just taken this months charge for Broadband I would appreciate it if you could explain why this has happened and refund what you have taken.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your husband's health. Did Sky email to confirm the subscription was cancelled? &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bills are generated 14 days prior to the payment date so this was no doubt whilst your husband was still a customer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the notice period has been and gone any overpayment should be reimbursed about 6 weeks after your last day of connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
