      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've recently had Sky Broadband installed, however due to an Openreach mistake, the service wasn't activated until 7 days after the initial date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to Skys own website, we should receive £6.24 per day compensation for delayed provisioning, however my first bill is the usual amount.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I receive this compensation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
