      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had delayed provisioning when my broadband was due to be activated and the webaite states compensation would be automatically paid after 30 days. This has not happened in my case please can you help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
