Find back my sky id

When I log in to my Sky app to check my Sky ID, the system says, "We've found an old inactive account linked to your Sky ID." Does anyone know how I could find my Sky ID back under these circumstances? Thank you in advance!

Are you a returning customer to Sky after being a way for a year or more ?

Yes, I was a Sky user before. A couple of days ago, Sky sent me an email stating that there was an outstanding credit and they would like to refund it. However, when I called them, they asked for my Sky ID for verification, which I can no longer find.

One thing to try is the forgotten username option here if you know what the email address was that you used when you created the account:

I managed to find my Sky ID account number in the first email they ever sent me. Anyway, thank you very much for your help!
