&lt;P&gt;To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Credit Refund but different Address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just got an email from sky about credit they owe me, I checked my online account, sky took a monthly payment after my contract ended, it says no service for that month. I phoned, it was automated and said they would send me a check, but I have a new address. There was no option to give a new address even though my bank details are the same. Will I get the money returned?&amp;nbsp; Or how could I contact sky to change my address for the check to be sent to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
