    <description>&lt;P&gt;I switch broadband provider from Sky. My new provider says they informed Sky of the cancellation on 10th June. Weeks before I switched.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still being charger by Sky who say they were never informed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have attempted to email Sky in regards to this, as I would like all responses in writing, but its been 11 days and still no reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advise of who to contact now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky don't use email for general communication which will explain why you haven't received a response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you receive an email&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;from&lt;/U&gt; Sky acknowledging a cancellation? I expect not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The next step may be making a complaint&lt;/P&gt;
