Message not displaying

I've been sent a message, but when I access it on the website I just get a blank screen. I've tried multiple ways but can't access the message. I can see all my older messages, just not the most recent.

You may wish to expand on what this 'message' is (email, SMS, something else...?) if you want other customers to try and assist you.

Is it from Sky? You've posted in the 'account & billing' section of the forum?

Yes that's the page - had an email saying I had a message but when I visit there is no content

Sky are investigating why it isn't working as there have been other reports this week regarding the messages not displaying correctly. In the meantime you will have to call for the update.

I have the same problem. You click on the message and it's just blank. Some older messages display ok.
