      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe I have just been speaking to an AI chatbot! I should have been made aware that it was not a human. They sold me one package, but the email states another. The call was cut off without completing the conversation, and my multi-room device was replaced due to poor performance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Poor&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I please speak to a human today?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky has my details, please send chat link or call&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
