    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had constant error with my new sky glass contract&amp;nbsp; and tried to sign it. Online chat said there is a problem, keep trying. But now I have received emails saying it is cancelled....... I jave not cancelled and the virtual assistant is so annoying to try and smget through to people. Is this a common problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You do have a limited time to sign the credit agreement before this happens so you will need to call Sky to find out if the order has been cancelled and if it has it will need placing again which will see you credit checked again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
