    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently moved into refuge so I'm not at my property right now. I paid my outstanding balance but my Wi-Fi had been cut off and I'm being charged a cancellation fee which I cannot afford. I cannot receive any letters and I've had no access to Wi-Fi to receive emails and have only just been able to connect to Wi-Fi to understand what's going on. I'd like it if someone could contact me to discuss this further as I am very confused and in a high stress situation currently and this situation is not helping. &lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear of your circumstances. Sky won't/cannot contact you. They won't know who you are from a Community post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It sounds like your services were restricted for over 56 days which is when Sky can terminate the subscription. Is this what has happened?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would suggest calling Sky about this so they can look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;
