Scam call stating from sky team

Hi all,

Please can you be all aware that there is another scam call going around, they phone me today 8/7/25 on my house phone feom an indian sounding gentleman (no sort of discrimination intended) stating they are from sky broadband team and they have detected 7 malicious files on my router they then asked me to get my mobile and go into Google and type in an address (which i did not do) i calmly said i will hang up and phone sky directly .. funny enough he hung up the phone 😆.

PLEASE EVERYONE BE CARFUL OF THIS SCAM

My daughter has had a few over the past few months claiming to be from sky about her mobile phone , but when they call they ask if she is the account holder, which i am, each time she has hung up and screen shot me the number and I have called them after a short call, and then me hanging up, i leave it for a couple of hours dial the number again and it's not working
