&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid my bill manually a day before it was due. And now sky have taken a 2nd payment out of my bank account now leaving me with no money, food and fuel money to get to work. I want it refunding, please can you help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This where you have gone wrong as not only should there be no need to do this as Sky will automatically take it from you, but paying it just a day before is to late to stop Sky from taking from your payment method you have setup on your account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;All you have done by doing this is to add a credit to your account so if you can confirm that you see this then we can arrange some help for you tomorrow&amp;nbsp;to get this refunded so do you now see a credit on your account ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thankyou for your reply, I do feel like there shouldn't be a pay your bill button if this is the case, but I understand.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can see there is credit on my account and really would appreciate the help getting a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
