Linking two different accounts

Hi,

I have two different accounts under different email addresses (I was advised to do this by Sky Sales Support to make best use of their offers for new customers).

I'd like to merge the two together but I just don't seem to be able to. I think I need to link Sky IDs (?) but I don't have the option to do that?

Please can someone help?

What accounts are these TV, mobile, broadband etc and are they are the same property ?

Hi!

Yes one is mobile and the other is broadband and TV. Both registered to the same address. It's just the email addresses that are different.
