    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently cancelled my Sky Q and moved across to Sky Glass. My Sky Q bill that's been generated is now showing as a minus figure, which I know means they owe me money. Only like £70&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will Sky refund this? Do I need to request the refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or will the move it across and take it off my Sky Glass bill? Considering the fact that it's a completely separate contract?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
