&lt;P&gt;I have moved your post from the Sky+ board. You don't have Sky+ as Sky no longer support that platform and wouldn't have sent an engineer. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No one will call you based on a post on here. You perhaps need to be proactive and contact Sky but research Stream first. It's totally different to satellite service,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An engineer has been out and said my satellite dish is being blocked by trees in the woods and said I need a Sky stream box. He advised someone would phone me today and that was as 1130hrs. Still awaiting a call to discuss. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julie&lt;/P&gt;</description>
