      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to another broadband on 6th June and because of some mis talk I didn't&amp;nbsp; able to deactivate same day but has deactivate your account on 10 June. We had very good bond with you. Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not longer with you. And get disappointed to detected £46 as too much cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have humble request to reimburse money back.
