I have been informed that it was because my payment was late but I have paid the £10 late fee. I am now being charged everyday for the subscription even after paying it and no one is doing anything about it. Every night about 9-10pm it get charged £20. Well today and yesterday it was £7.50 but the other 3 days since paying my bill i am being charged.
