&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Contract ended on 30/03/25 and I switched to a new provider on 01/04/25. &amp;nbsp;Notice was given to Sky at the appropriate time and all equipment returned. &amp;nbsp;It has now been 3 months and I still have not been refunded the £50.45 credit balance. &amp;nbsp;I have not cancelled my Direct Debit as I have been waiting for it to be refunded. &amp;nbsp;How do I get this back asap?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
