      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's definitely from Sky as the message titles are in my Inbox when I log on to Sky. The last 3 documents/messages(annual accounts) just fail to open. Earlier messages sent before June open without any problem. Sky bot was useless hence I'm asking on this forum. Thanks for your interest.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that and glad its not just me. You could try the online chat but it got me nowhere and I wasted hours. At the outset I suggest you ask them to send you a paper version as I didn't do that until after we'd tried other suggestions and by then he had disappeared and presumably closed the chat. One thing you might try in case it is an ad blocker stopping the documents to download is to turn your WiFi off and use mobile data. I can't do that from home as we cannot get a mobile signal. Let me know if that works and I'll try it when I go out and can get a signal. Good luck.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too have some new documents, following some changes to my current subscription, that I cannot view.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seeing what course of actions you followed in vain I'm not even going to bother trying to get Sky "Tech Support" involved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quite honestly in my experience most technical support, not just SKY's, don't have a clue what they are doing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For what its worth, I have tried to access My Messages from several different computers / devices with a multitude of different browsers including a LINUX system using FireFox - same result = Sky's system at fault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now going to rely on the 'Give it time'&amp;nbsp; fix, where some idiot in the future (distant!) will relalise that some change / update they made caused this, then mysteriously the problem will be fixed long after yours and anybody elses cases will be marked as 'closed'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
