hi there i was wondering if anyone can help. i signed up for sky glass air and had it delivered monday and started using this today.

i was told once i use this all my account moves from my sky q to the glass tv which it has done.

my normal payment date is 7th of every month which is fine but now on my billing page it's showing billing for tv and then also a bill for 9th july for streaming tv.

have i done something wrong here ? or is this normal

This will be normal due to the fact are bills are created 14 days in advance so you will see one for Sky Q as that will have been created when you were still using it. After this Q bill has been taken you should see it appear as a credit which will then be refunded to you within 45 days and all things being well that should be the last Sky Q bill.

ahh ok, so i will be paying both though ? but one will end up as a credit. do you know if the next direct debit will then only be for the difference ?

The direct debit will be for whatever your monthly cost will be for Sky Glass as there should be no more taken for Sky Q.
