I would like to cancel our sky cinema. It was added by the engineer as a free trail which we do not now want to keep.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.

I was told by the engineer I could just cancel the free trial before being billed. We did not take out cinema on the original contract. Can I not just cancel the free trial?

@AndrewMBL Can you cancel via the Manage Content Packs in the TV tab of the My Sky App? That's where I cancelled Sky Cinema on my Glass.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them, because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.
