      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to claim my rwfer a friend voucher&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did everything as instructed on line. Eventually got an email confirming my voucher &amp;amp; if I wanted to claim. Accepted then told the voucher would be emailed to me. It never appeared. There is a note on the bottom of the xlaim email saying if it doesnt arrive to contact Sky. I havw tried various numbers and go round un circles telling me to go to the App. Are there no human beings working at Sky? I need to speak to someonw. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I thought Virgin was bad but Sky are not my favourite supplier at present.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have and marvellously I have now received my voucher. I am so exhausted with all this chasing. Now I have to work out where I want to spend it, dont think it can be split -&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; then need the qr code to be able to claim. I feel all this is too complicated &amp;amp; Sky probably want you to give up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
